Installed in a 2018 Santa Fe sport. The code came back same day after clearing it. Mechanic took this assembly apart and used the sensor part (black thing) and put it on our old silver thing from the OEM part and that successfully cleared the code. Extra effort and labor but it works for now.

No mention of plug/or cap and a special tool to install it with this sensor.
