I did like the glass, but I have ordered this item twice now and both times they sent me a glass with the wrong letter.. both times I got a W and not the T I ordered,,,so frustrating. Would have loved a glass with the right letter.

No se aprecia la calidad que se ve en la foto. La copa viene bien protegida y con su funda de tela, pero la letra va en un plástico malo y se ve un vidrio de mala calidad muy opaco.El transporte fatal, la caja viene golpeada en una esquina y el carton exterior roto. No se que pasa con el transporte de Amazon ultimamente, que todos los pedidos vienen golpeados.

The glass itself is just what I wanted... and when I saw these with the pewter "S" on the front, I spent the extra $$ and ordered five of them. Unfortunately, the first drink I made, the pewter "S" on the front just fell off. I am very disappointed.

I've read other reviews with the same problem. I received this as a gift and after a month or so, the medallion fell off even though we were very careful to hand wash and dry each time. After failing to re-glue it back on, the glass actually cracked on its own. Very low quality.
