John was having another “bad eye day… his frustration mounted as he worked hard to pull inspiration from the Proverbs, a daily devotion he’d kept for over 30 years!
He shared his challenge with his stepson, who suggested a MegaVoice Audio Bible.
The palm-sized solar audio player became the perfect companion for John’s daily devotion. He leaves it in a sunny spot and never has to worry about charging, and the controls are easy to navigate to pick up where he left off even on the worst eye day.

About the Battery
The Lithium-Ion battery should perform for years. When shipped, the battery is partially charged. You can charge the player with either method.
Wall Charger Included
For the fastest charge, plug the included wall charger into a standard outlet until the LED stops blinking. While charging, the LED will blink.
Solar Panel
For solar charging, place the player with the solar panel facing sunlight for 8 – 10 hours. The player does not show charging level with solar.
Easy Navigation
The Solar features easy navigation to scroll through books and chapters. The bookmark will hold your place between listening times.

This is outstanding! My 94 year old mother has macular degeneration, is living in a nursing home, and she can't read the bible anymore, even with the largest print bible I can find. The larger the print, the heavier the bible. I found this audio bible on a small handheld player. My mother can hear every word clearly. The player is light and easy for her to use. The first time she tried it, she listened to Psalms and Proverbs one morning. She has listened to Job, Matthew, Mark, and Luke, and continues to work her way through the New Testament. It is easy to charge the device, but difficult for her so I charge it for her. It is a great product - a wonderful encouragement to her to be able to hear God's Word regularly. I read the bible to her also, but now she is not dependent on my timeframe. She can very easily listen any time she wants. Navigating through the bible with the different buttons, with the voice telling us where we are, is very easy to do. I had to explain it to her a few times and have her practice by feel since she can barely see. I will probably order anoter one for myself!

This Audio ESV Bible is wonderful. I can listen to it anywhere with or without ear buds. Very simple to use. Fits in a pocket to carry it anywhere or under you pillow. Reasonably priced and rechargeable some there are no batteries to buy.

So far I'm very pleased with this portable Bible. The narrator is very easy to understand and has a very pleasant voice unlike some that I have listened to. It does everything it says it will only I haven't tried to charge it with solar power yet. I will be trying to do that when we get more sunshiny days. I'm very pleased with it I highly recommend it. It comes with the ribbon to put around your neck I have even went to bed with it to listen to it. I do believe that it's a good value on the price that they have put on it. It's a good quality it's lightweight that seems to be very sturdy.

have used similar items in the past and they worked fine. This one right out of the box did not have a charge at all. I put it on my USB to charge for over 8 hours and when i unplug it it's dead. It will however run if i keep it plugged in. of course this defeats the portable nature of the device.

I completely LOVE this ESV bible. I have never charged it by the wall yet. I set it in the window and let it play all night while I sleep. I’m a super light sleeper so I listen whenever I wake throughout the night. The voice is perfect. For me….it’s been wonderful. Thanks…God’s word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.
