I got this for my daughter for her 1st 4th of july. I got the size bigger since she in the in between sizing stage. I got 3-6. And she was 3 months old. It fit her good and definitely true to size I'd say but I would go off what your baby size is and you would be good. She got a lot of complaints on how cute she looked. She was in it all day so I would say it was comfortable for her, the quality is good. I have washed it many times and no color fade or shrinking.
