I got this for my girl, because I want to protect her eyes without her glasses falling off while she sticks her head out of the car window. She's a 40 lb doodle. It fits however when you put the visor down, it doesn't quite fit her over her eyes. There is still a gap. I'm also not sure if the view looks warped for her. When I peer into the glasses, it looks a little like how prescription glasses would look.For safety though, the helmet has a nice padding that is on the top of the head and the it's easy to put on/take off. The chin strap is secured with velcro that has a nice grip.

It takes some getting used to. Rebel our helmet model actually relaxed after about 5 minutes, he would still paw at it occasionally but after 10 minutes he strutted around the house showing off his cool attire to our other dogs. I took it off him at 15 minutes then he stared at it on the shelf, till I put it back on him. I didn't want to overwhelm him, so again took it off after 15 minutes. I'll update this review with him on bike with me this week. I believe once he is used to wearing it he will associate the helmet with a bike ride.

Le produit semble plutôt correct en terme de qualité de fabrication, cela dit gardez en tête qu'il ne protègera pas autant qu'un vrai casque homologué. Mais bon, en existe-t-il pour chien ? :DJe trouve que ce casque manque cruellement de rembourrage dans le casque, ça permettrait une meilleure tenu pour les chien qui ont peu de poils, et une meilleure adaptation à différentes tailles de tête. Là les options de réglages sont inexistantes, à l'exception de la sangle d'attache. Donc assurez vous que votre chien a directement la taille suggérée dans les images de la fiche produit, sinon il sera bon pour être retourné.

I got this helmet to protect my dog Ginger’s eyes as she leans out the car window during a drive. At 34 pounds, I consider her a Medium sized dog. Her head circumference = 31cm, and head strap = 37cm, compares to the size Small specifications = 35cm, and 42-47cm. I took this as close enough to fit effectively. It would have helped if there were other sizes to compare against.The helmet doesn’t fit. The head circumference fits fine, but the helmet wants to sit far back on Ginger’s head. Although the ears fit the earholes fine, the visor in the down position presses against her eyeballs. [See photo.] The head strap is a little long for her, with too much hook-and-loop overlap. Respect the seller’s head strap measurements. Despite her being a Medium dog, it is too big at the neck strap, the distance between the visor and helmet is too small, and it's just right for the head circumference. I think it requires a dog with a differently shaped head than Ginger; perhaps one with a shorter, smaller muzzle. [See photo.]Aside from sizing challenges, I like the helmet and G looks darn cute with it on. The visor clicks firmly into the up and down positions, and should stay up if you want it up. The interior has thick padding. The chin straps are firmly grommeted to the helmet. There is a generous amount of hook-and-loop. A protective film keeps the visor scratch free during shipment. The shell is simple plastic; not at all impact resistant. I wish there weren’t dirt-collecting holes in the top, which are there to accommodate the Riveted helmet style.

The only problem I encountered was the velcro. For my small dog, it doesn't fit it even if I adjust the velcro. It has better fit for my medium size dog. The helmet is lightweight and compact. Sturdy and durable.

Compré este casco de motocicleta para perro porque quería algo que protegiera a mi mascota del viento y el sol mientras viajamos en bicicleta . Tiene agujeros para las orejas, lo que lo hace cómodo para el perro, y los lentes abatibles ayudan a proteger contra los rayos UV y la arena. La calidad del material es buena y se siente resistente. Sin embargo, algo importante a tener en cuenta es el tamaño: para perros pequeños de unos 3 kilos queda demasiado grande, pero para perros de alrededor de 5 kilos ya ajusta mejor.

This dog helmet is so very cute! I take my dog everywhere with me and I was hoping she can use this when we go for a bike ride. Right now it’s a smidge big on her, but I’m hoping she will grow into it. It is cute, but also functional as I think it offers at least some protection. Straps are secure and I like the clear eye protection as it will keep debris out of her eyes.

This is fits dogs typically in the 10-20lb range. If your dog has a smaller head, could probably jump up to 20-25 range, or if they have a big head, probably closer to the 10-15lb range. I have a 20lb cockapoo and it barely fits him, but, he kind of has a curly afro haircut.I dont think this would be good for any real protection for him. The spikes are metal and while they look cool, realistically, its unsafe. Theres a little bit of padding on it but again, I wouldnt use it in a real world scenario. The visor almost hits his snout and if he were to take a hit, it would smash into his snout. My dog loves activities so I got this for him so he can cruise with me in the back of my bike and was hoping for the best, but i started to see the negative reviews start rolling in after. He hates wearing it - at no fault of the product. Unfortunately this product is just for looks.
