This allows for the ultimate combination of strength, smooth roll and an ethereal, modern aesthetic featuring a large 35mm central opening (17% larger than our 70 Mu caster and 25% higher estimated load rating). The standard 11mm friction sleeve stem mount fits 95+% office/gaming chair sockets (not IKEA).

I was tired of dog fur getting clogged in my other casters so I bought these. Well worth the price as they not only block fur and dirt from getting trapped, but also slide significantly better than any caster I’ve used. I will say that they probably don’t slide as well on thick carpet, but they are perfect for wood floors with a thin rug.

Smooth rollers, very quiet, turns out my office is on a slight incline and only noticed it as these are so smooth

I recently bought a rug with a large pad and unfortunately my human scale, freedom chair, no longer rolls like it used to. I bought these assuming that they would help with chair mobility, but they do not. The original wheels are smaller than therefore lower to the ground and better able to pivot aside from my potential aesthetic appeal. There is zero benefit or improvement to these on on a thick plush rug.

Look great on our Steelcase Leap V2 and Steelcase Amia chairs! Original wheels were for carpet (read: hard plastic) and I wanted something that rolled easily and was hardwood safe. OEM Steelcase wheels for hardwood are $89 and are boring compares to these! From a function perspective, a double wheel like this will always outperform a single rollerblade wheel, since the two wheels can counter rotate and pivot about the axle (instead of dragging). Honestly if there's any downside it's that the bearings are so smooth that it can be hard to stay stationary if your floor is uneven or you sit with your feet pushing you backwards a bit. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for top of the line wheel to complete your halo chair.

I put these on my Humanscale Freedom Chair, which is a very expensive chair to begin with. I’ve had it for about ten years so far. And because it’s expensive and I intend to use it for many years to come, I decided to take a chance on these casters even though they’re very expensive. I figured if I use the chair for 10-20 years, then it costs something in the range of $10/year or down to $5/year.But they’d still have to be exceptionally smooth to justify that price.Well they really are unbelievably smooth. And it’s not just the straight line rolling, but also the swiveling as you change direction. Moving my chair is effortless. Better than when it was brand new.I couldn’t justify the cost for chairs that I don’t use frequently or for extended periods of time. But for this application, I couldn’t hope for a better caster (well, until they invent anti-gravity pods for chair bases.)

Our journey with the Enso Motion Office Chair Replacement Caster Wheels began over a year ago, marking a significant upgrade in our office's day-to-day operations. These wheels, designed to fit seamlessly with our Herman Miller chairs—a testament to their quality and compatibility—have outperformed any other caster wheels we've previously employed. These are a bit on the higher price point, but we have found the quality matches the pricing. The arrival of our second set of Enso wheels, intended for a newly acquired chair, reaffirmed our confidence in their performance. The simplicity of the installation process—merely pulling out the old wheels and pushing in the new ones—belies the profound impact these wheels have had on our office environment. They offer an unparalleled glide across the floor, combined with an effortless rotation that makes maneuvering our chairs feel almost magical. What sets the Enso wheels apart is not just their seamless functionality but their durability. In our office, where the demands on such equipment are high, these wheels have sustained their performance without falter. It's worth mentioning that prior to Enso, we had experimented with two different sets of wheels from other manufacturers on the same chairs, both of which eventually failed. This contrast highlights the superior quality and reliability that Enso brings to the table, especially when paired with high-end office furniture like Herman Miller chairs. In summary, the Enso Motion Office Chair Replacement Caster Wheels have proven to be a remarkable investment for our office. Their durability, ease of installation, and smooth operation have not only enhanced our daily work experience but also validated our decision to trust in Enso for our premium chairs. These wheels are a definitive recommendation for anyone looking to upgrade their office chair’s mobility and durability.

Got these for my haworth zody. Stock zody wheels were already smooth and had no noise when rolling.Got these enso ones to freshen up the look of the chair and it does like better, grey color suits it.The casters are slightly bigger than the stock zody casters. They're also slightly smoother when gliding (like easier to move around) than the stock zody's, but not so much that any body leg movement will also move the chair. It still stays in place when i'm in front of my desk working, even if my legs twitch around. Was kinda worried these would make loud noises based on the other reviews here, but its almost as quiet as my stock zody wheels. There's a very faint noise if i on purpose glide really fast and far, but for "normal" glides around my desk, its quiet. (at least for my wood/vinyl plank flooring. see my pictures).Build quality feels sturdy, i could feel it could handle my weight no prob. ( 59kg.)The box it came with had instructions that said you should NOT remove the black "plastic covers" that are on the metal stems. Good thing it said that because i honestly thought its something you take off before installing the wheel on the chair, since other aftermarket casters usually just have the bare silver metal stems.but the black cover goes in the chair along with metal stem. My guess its something to help with stability.5/5 overall. will come back to this if ever i have a problem with it.
