I was surprised that this cargo net actually fit, but installation was a frustrating process. The package included just the net and two screw hooks—no clear instructions. Attaching the top part to both sides of the car required modifications, including removing and repurposing existing clips. I had to drill new holes to get it installed properly, which was not ideal. Eventually, I managed to mount it on the back of the trunk, right behind the rear seats. That said, once installed, it works as intended, and the quality seems decent for the price. Just be prepared for some DIY effort

After installing this net system in my 2024 RAV4 Prime, I was unable to deploy the cargo cover.

There was no easy install for the Toyota Rav 4. I removed the panel holding screw clips from the side wall of the trunk area and then inserted the screw-loop holder in place of the push pin. After screwing it in all the way, which was a real pain because the wall clip (photo 2) kept spinning, I had to use a special tool to hold the wall clip while tightening the screw-loop holder into the clip. Then, the loop-holder screw stuck out so that the Toyota trunk cover could not fit into the wall sides (photo 3 and cover (photo 4)). I had to remove everything and convert it back to the original wall-panel push pin. The only way this will work with the Rav 4 is to somehow make a better clip to hold the net loops OR drill a new hole in the trunk side wall. It took about an hour to try and make this all fit so I gave up until I can drill holes in the trunk walls. Overall, the net quality is great but the install clips are poor.

The net itself is really nice and sturdy. Was really excited for this until we tried to install it. The bottom clips onto existing metal loops on the car but the top is meant to loop onto hooks they give you that needs to be screwed into the car. Doing this would make us unable to use our cargo share cover as the area it’s meant to slot into is where the hooks go. I’ve included photos of how we managed to make it work for now. We have a 2020 RAV4

I was actually surprise that it fits. While it came with no installation instructions except for the net and 2 screw hooks. I didn't want to buy hook clips so I make do with what I got. To install the top part to both side of the car required a little minor mod of my own. First, you need to remove the clip from your car and then separate the clip as it contains two pieces. Then, you need to use their provided screw hook and screw it into the clip. I have provided photos. Then just pop the clip with the screw in it back into where you took the clip off. Last, just slowly screw it into place. As you screw it more and more, you can feel tension and the clip inside expands, making it very sturdy. I have attached photos. For the price, it is really cheap as my car did not come with this net which I really wanted. Quality was good too.

This is a high quality net. The ropes are thick enough. In my pics I show the net in a Buick, not a Rav4. So, I'm guessing it fits a little better in the Rav4.The bottom of the net has a vinyl pocket. There is a zipper if you wanted to put the net in the bag to store the net.
