It works for my 4 runner. As other reviewers have said it has openings on each end but that is a design flaw because the hooks in the floor are away from the side of the truck. Yes it could be better but that is a Toyota issue not a cargo net issue. This fits and I did what another reviewer said, I added a bungee cord along the bottom to keep thing from slipping underneath.

Not sure what all the confusion is about with this product. Some of the reviews made me hesitant to buy. But…You put your grocery bags INSIDE the split of the net. There’s a tag you pull to open it. If you’ve attached the bottom hooks to the receiving flip pulls on the floor of your 4Runner, your other items (beers, sodas, etc.) can no longer slide freely out of your hatch once opening. Simple.Seems well made so far.VEHICLE: 2021 4Runner SR5 w 3rd row seating in closed position. 🤙🏼
