This seat was a direct replacement for the factory seat on a Kubota L5240, it looked and fit exactly like the original, but only cost about 40% of what Kubota wanted for a replacement.

It is exactly like the seat on my Kubota tractor. It was way cheaper than buying from Kubota.

My husband ordered this for his Kubota tractor. It replaced a well worn original seat. He says it works great and he is very pleased.

what I like first seat arrived broken the company promptly replaced the seat. However, the second seat the arm rests were pointing up couldn't really use them was considering rejecting the craftsmanship and rejecting the seat, but decided I really needed the seat and would see if my old arm rests would fit, they did so was ok with that, but the operator presence switch needed to be removed from the old seat and installed into the new seat supposed to screw right in and it does. However, it does not work correctly the seat puts constant pressure on the switch, so my tractor thinks the operator is always present. so, if you get off the tractor or are thrown from the seat it will just keep on going. Guess you just need hope it don't run over anybody!!!!
