I rarely write a product review. However, the toilet looks great in our renovated Miami Beach apartment. The EPLO toilet looks timeless and the product works as described in the product details.In order to pull a permit from the City of Miami, we need detailed product description to pull the permit. EPLO provides product guides and installation PDF documents. We found that other vendors do not provide documentation. EPLO documentation allowed us to fast track the permit process and the contractor was able to install the toilet easily.We are doing a home renovation and we will be purchasing 2 more EPLO toilets.Bests,JlT

Installed it myself. Installation was easier than I thought. Had questions and used the Amazon question page in the evening and the next morning and day I had their full support. They are extremely helpful and responsive!! Love the look!

Amazon was not able to help at all with our issue. My wife found the number for EPLO customer service and the people there are very responsive and very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about their response. They are sending out the missing parts we need. They truly seem to care about taking care of our issues. Thank you EPLO you guys are amazing!I will update when we get the product installed. We are excited about this product.
