The epoxy gun is well built, sturdy and works great. I've used to apply 3m 2 part body panel adhesive and the tool works flawlessly. It's easy to let off the pressure so you don't waste product, a problem I've had with similar guns.

The end of the Small “plunger” was too large in diameter to fit into the adhesive cartridge. I had to remove and modify it. Wasn’t happy about that. OTHERWISE, after modification, the item worked flawlessly!!!👍👍

I went as far as looking at it as far as I can see if screws don't come loose and or other stuff it seems better than some other guns I owned. So far so good. It's how it holds up in the long run. I bought a no name glue applicator gun several years ago for SEM products and it lasted 8 years. I recently bought a 3M glue gun it didn't last but a few weeks and or days... Don't know if it is same company but I bought an off brand 3M gun and so far it's built pretty nice works even better than it looks. I hope that is the case with this purchase.

La construcción de la herramienta es sólida y de buena calidad, no hay evidencia de haber querido reducir costos utilizando materiales o acabados de baja calidad en la herramienta, al contrario, se nota muy robusta.Lo único que no me agradó mucho (y que yo cambiaría si fuera el fabricante) es el tamaño reducido de la perilla trasera, que es de donde deben jalarse las barras para devolver la herramienta a la posición inicial ya que al tratarse una perilla pequeña y la herramienta robusta, cuesta algo de trabajo jalar el mecanismo con esa perilla pequeña, pero en realidad se trata sólo de acostumbrarse al modo correcto de hacerlo pues NO DEBE APRETARSE el gatillo al intentar regresar la herramienta a la posición de inicio ya que eso hace que se traben las barras de metal. Seria bueno que en las instrucciones se explicara eso porque hay otros comentarios sobre lo difícil que resulta jalar las barras hacia atrás, y no es defecto de diseño o fabricación, sino falta de instrucciones.

Well built unit, however, didn't work for 1:1 cartridges, even though it states it's for a 200ml combo.Tried to unscrew the larger plunger in order to grind it down to fit cartridge, but screw heads stripped immediately. I had to grind in place, which even after removing the handle assembly afforded some access with a bench grinder to get 1/2 of the plunger ground down. Had to use a dremel tool to get the rest ground down as best I could within the carriege and push bars.In the end it worked, however, the larger plunger did get stuck in the tube because I couldn't grind it down further. Ended up wasting half a tube of epoxy because I had to cut it out.My fault... I suppose, however, it also isn't clear that plungers are of differing size, or why there isn't an adapter to upsize a smaller plunger if necessary. Even their 1:1 unit has 2 different sized plungers- and doesn't spell out the plunger sizes in either advert or explain the difference.I do like the unit, but am now gunshy about buying another one online v going into a specialty store.Did it work? Sort of.
