It is provided with back-lit illumination for night use and an original equipment manufacturer style lighted pointer. It has a full 270-degree sweep for increased visibility and works on conventional and electronic ignition systems. The installation adaptors are sold separately.

Decent quality for a good price. Kind of small for the serious driver but works just fine for monitoring rpm’s on any 4, 6 or 8 cylinder car. Super easy to install.

Bought this to better match the other Equus gauges I purchased and noticed the number font is not the same. Not sure if I will return it or not as this is the only one that is sized correctly, has the chrome bezel and black background...

Seems to work well, but I wouldn’t recommend if your shift points are critical. Probably not as accurate as more expensive tachometer, but it worked fine for my application in a Chevy truck with a basically stock engine. It is very bright at night compared to my other gauges, I may install a resistor when I have time to make it dimmer. Fair product for a fair price.

Just what I was looking for fit perfect where I wanted it. Was told the light was dim but mine is very easy to read at night with plenty of light. I really like it.

Looks great, works great, too. Biggest complaint, is the lighting. thee needle disappears at night...hard to see.

Works like advertised. Used a big hose clamp to install it behind the steering wheel. Plenty of wiring, didn't have to use additional wires to install on 91 GMC Sierra.
