Brand new 2024 Rav4 Prime with Silver Sky Metallic paint had a very small chip on the hood.ERA Paints went above and beyond to help match the color of my car. Apparently Toyota has used different shades of this color over the years. And ERA sent me the perfect "shade" to match my vehicle's color. Good customer service is hard to find these days and I appreciate when I get it. Thanks ERA, well done!

The base coat was not 1D6 (Sky Metallic Silver) was dark. Base coat paint spray was not constant. Primer and clear coats spray on nicely.

Product failed me. After following the 3 step process correctly. Paint looks worse than it did before. Not the results I was expecting for almost 70 dollars

Color was nearly perfect but there were random globs that came out midspray every once in a while even though I followed all instructions meticulously. You have to waste alot of paint holding the can upside down too before actually painting and this stuff is EXPENSIVE. This negated all of my prep work and I didn't want to risk the issue again so I painted truck liner on my fenders instead.Customer service is excellent though and they took care of me.Would have been a 5 star if the paint nozzle functioned properly
