The product quality exceed my expectation. The mdf board is pretty thick and flat and straight and very nice black. The packaging is better than I expected. The left and right clamp came assembled and nicely label right and left. The tracks were also labeled left and right. Pretty easy to put together. Just that the clamps and the board is heavier than I expected and because of that I did need to put the clamps onto the board and clamped the whole thing on my standup desk. Include picture of the clamp that came assembled.I think this is the real product and other might just be imitation.Very happy with keyboard tray. Hopefully it will last. As it is a bit heavy.

Frees up space on the desktop. Wide enough for keyboard and mouse. Easy to install.Doesn’t pull out all the way so you can’t use the back inch or so of the tray.It is being used with wired (my preference) keyboard and mouse. Consider how to run the wires to your computer if you use wired peripherals.My keyboard has a built-in wrist rest so its width is wider than standard; happily, the tray has enough depth to handle my keyboard.

Our new desks at work suck, they have no keyboard and mouse support so at the end of the day my shoulder would hurt so bad! I had to stretch my arm to use the mouse and my keyboard was too high. My desk can go up or down, so can my chair but how ever I would adjust them, I wasn’t comfortable. Then I found this! After asking my supervisor’s permission, I bought it and it’s perfect! Now I can work comfortably and my shoulder no longer hurts! Plus you don’t have to drill holes in your desk, just turn the knobs to hold in place. It’s awesome!

The third different keyboard tray of different brands I've bought and used. The other ones were more flimsy and collapsed after a month or so or daily use. This one is by far the best of the bunch and is holding up well! Only issue I have is one of the slides on the sides sometimes sticks a bit.

I am impressed with the quality of this tray. It slides in and out smoothly although a little crooked on the right side. There is a long, thin rubber piece that is supposed to stop your keyboard from sliding forward or something, it fits in a groove towards the front of the tray. However, the sticky on the bottom side of the rubber doesn't work so it keeps getting stuck to my wrist and flapping around as I type - so I through it out - no big deal as it is not really necessary. I am sure this tray will stand up to everyday use.

I have yet to get back to the distributors who have contacted me about the missing parts. All parts of the frame were in the kit save the screws, which were missing. The frame is ruggedly strong and will do a great job. Looking forward to getting this unit installed in my desk.

Bought this after hunting through every keyboard tray listing on Amazon, I'm very happy with it! Major upgrade from the cheap plastic one I had been using. This has a solid feeling tray surface, about half and inch thick with smooth beveled edges on all sides. Very sturdy clamps and glide mechanism. It's also just nicely designed, the glides have little arrows worked into the metal to show you which way to attach them to the clamps. I had thought "this looks pretty decent" when I ordered but it's way better than I expected! 10/10 ErgoActive, Awesome tray!
