It does not cause excessive heat from building up inside the brace. You wear the brace for about 30 minutes at at time and it is really helping me with my neck strain. I use it while I’m crocheting as it keeps my head from bending down causing strain on my neck. I look down now with my eyes not bend my neck. It has helped improve the pain I was experiencing while looking down so much. A great help to heal neck pain and I highly recommend it for you.

This brace is really good for the price. It's not a custom fit, so it looks weird on me. The velcro doesn't let me get it super tight so there are gaps at the sides, but it doesn't prevent the brace from doing it's job. I thought I had a nice long neck, but this brace makes me feel like it's actually a tad short. The brace is wonderful for stabilizing my neck and preventing me from looking down, BUT if I don't look up slightly it makes my chin and jawline uncomfortable. The upward tilt I need to prevent this brace from creating jowls is also not ideal for correctingneck posture. I can wear it for a while, but I get worried it will affect my jawline in an unflattering way. The rest of the brace is very comfortable. It doesn't bother my neck at all. It feels good on the skin. If you are trying to realign your neck after too much time looking down at your phone, other screens, or very young children, this is an effective tool at an affordable price. I just wish it was about half an inch shorter so it didn't squish my jawline. I did measure my neck and I'm at the low end this product is supposed to fit. If you've got at least a 12" neck this should not be an issue for you at all and you'll be able to use this just fine.

I’m extremely pleased with this neck brace. Nicely made and fits well without choking!Materials are very soft on the skin but the brace is rigid to hold up your head. I like the velcro closure as it is easily adjustable to create a custom fit.I tried several others and this is the only one that feels comfortable (as comfy as a neck brace can be). The cost was very reasonable too.I'd recommend it to anyone in need of a brace.Item was delivered quickly and well packaged.

This neck brace is made with a nice memory foam and a silky cover. Helps with neck support. A little uncomfortable on Adams apple, otherwise a great product!

I wanted something I could travel with if I am having neck pain. The brace I bought from my local drug store is way too big to easily pack in a bag.The brace is adjustable with velcro and easy to put on and take off. I am a smaller framed woman. It does adjust small enough for my neck. There is a lot of room to make wider. The fabric is silky and feels nice on my skin. As shown in the listing, the memory foam sits up against your neck with a PVC board on the front of the brace for support. It is as comfortable as a neck brace can be. The memory foam is nice.I would say the price is pretty good. I would expect the neck brace to hold up well for a long time. The stitching looks good and there are no signs of it
