Your cart is empty.ESG831 is a very high quality stator that replaces the OEM stator in the BMW F800 models between 2007 and 2012. ElectroSport manufactures the ESG831 stator using a high quality core and the highest grade copper wire for the windings. The reconfigured winding configuration from stock and the high magnetic conductivity of the new stator core result in vastly improved efficiency compared to stock. Our ESG831 stator offers a beautiful flat power output across the RPM range and it also runs much cooler than the stock BMW stator, which drastically improves reliability. We install very high grade lead wires that feature heat and chafe resistant insulation and high quality rubber seals and insulation coatings making this stator a plug in replacement of the BMW OEM unit. Like all stators manufactured by ElectroSport, this ESG831 also comes with a full one year warranty.

Very nice bolt in replacement for the oem stator. Has correct wiring and connector. Reviews on ADVRIDER have been very positive about Electrosport products. Since the original stator is well know for early failures and the factory kit to replace it is now $1182.00 this is a no brainer replacement.

After replacing my original regulator with an ElectroSport one it worked great... For about 3 months before it shorted out and began to melt a large about on my components on my Ducati. Called ElectroSport and sent them the defected/melted one back. They did indeed send me a new one the lasted longer. Just about 5 months! Moving forward guys! After emailing ElectroSport they seemed liked they wanted to help and asked me to send info and pictures. They then told me that the regulator failed because I had an aftermarket battery... Then I told them that the first one faulted with a stock from the factory one from Ducati. I contacted one of the most certified Ducati recognitions in all of North America and was laughted at over the phone for even beginning to believe thier BS. So I emailed asking if ELECTROSPORT would be replacing or refunding me? All communication has stopped from anyone with that company.

Fit is great. Build quality is great. Bike is back to charging at 14.4v. I wish there were more to gush about, but it just works and I am pleased. When your f800 gets about 50k miles on it and the OEM stator dies, this is the replacement to get.
