Instructions were not very clear. All side pieces turned out fine. The bottom has already come off after 3 weeks. It’s rolled and now the adhesive is sticking to the tailgate vs the bed. Maybe installed upside down?? Pretty sure I didn’t as I matched the same direction as the sides.

It doesn't work. I installed this and I still get water in the bed from the tailgate. The adhesive starts to come loose after a couple months too.

Needed to enhance the seals around my tailgate and new tonneau cover and this kit did the trick. The instructions (and YouTube video) made it easy to install. I’ve had the seals installed for a couple rain storms now and they keep all the water out. Great product!
