Simple packaging, one envelope and one insert.Instruction was included, but not much details. Needed to look at the product details info on the Amazon site for understanding the activation.Will use it in a few weeks. Will report back if it connects and if it can access some of the key apps/sites, and amount of data getting.

If you plan to travel to China and your phone uses eSIM, and either your phone company doesn't have roaming service there (like mine-Visible), or it is too expensive for the roaming service. I strongly suggest you get this eSIM card. Activation and customer service is easy and prompt - just read and follow directions well. As soon as I landed in China, my phone was good to go. The coverage was surprisingly great, and I was able to get internet connection without any blind spot. I only wish it also came with a temporary Chinese phone number, as too many services (like Chinese uber, food ordering service apps, etc.) need a Chinese phone number to registrar. But with this eSIM, you can still use GPS, check your emails, use WhatsApp or WeChat, and more!

Amazing! While they suggest registering for it before your trip, I did not get a chance to and did it while I was already in China. It took no time and I received everything I needed instantly. Was able to install the esim onto my iphone, turned on roaming and I was good to go! Plenty of data and great speed while I was in China, and the best part was that the data was not restricted and I did not need a VPN to access my regular suite of websites. Only downside is the lack of number, but that was expected and I was still able to use Wechat and Alipay through my american number.

This product is extremely simple to use. Unfortunately I cannot show the instructions, because the qr code is plastered all over and anyone would be able to use it if I did. Got 10 gb data this is very cost effective cor traveling to China. It is very useful and compatable with most phones.

I ordered this product as I was going to travel to Hong Kong for a week. The eSIM was easy to activate and the connectivity was excellent while i was in Hong Kong. The cell service quality was excellent and the data speed could not be faulted. I would definitely recommend this product to others as it was good value for money.
