My son is plus sized, and has great difficulty in finding underwear which is comfortable and supportive without strangling his 'manhood'. I got him these for Christmas, and he is over the moon- underwear which is the size it states on the package! They also wah well and didn't shrink. It's a pity the coloured version are not in stock.

I recently had to have a urostomy placed due to bladder cancer. This has made it difficult to find an undergarment that I can wear that protects my skin and also doesn't add too much pressure on my ostomy pouch. I've been looking all over the place for something that would work.I bought this 5-pack of Amazon Essentials Men's Cotton Jersey Boxers Briefs hoping that they would give me both flexibility and stability. These are available in Big & Tall sizes. With my ostomy, I have to plan for a little extra room.These have been amazing. The cotton material is flexible yet also helps me protect my skin and secure the ostomy without adding too much pressure to it. The fabric is super soft and feels very comfortable. The sizing was perfect. While I'm not too concerned about appearance, these also look amazing.I've tried other boxers and the waistband has been too tight or added pressure in my abdominal area. These simply don't. They're amazingly comfortable and I've noticed the skin around my ostomy still looks healthy. These are exactly what I needed.These are high quality and yet also a good value. They're nearly perfect and there's no doubt I'll be purchasing more in the near future.

Good material, quality, etc, but the design fit is terrible!Ordered the XL, my standard size, and from the hips down they’re great.Above that though, these are super “high rise” and completely cover my navel.Not my style at 65 years old. Will not buy again.
