I have the maxi Cosi Gia xp and this absolutely does not work with it. The plastic piece that clips to the stroller is very narrow and you can stretch plastic or make that work the only adjustable part is the middle part and that doesn't do anything for me. I am returning this. The description in my opinion is misleading.
