  • It is not easy to master the concentration ratio of water in battery, so the densitometer is very important. Usually the density of the electrolyte should be controlled at 1.27.

Assembled the hydrometer per instruction, but on first try the bulb slipped off the glass tube, and the float hit the floor. There is no rim on the top of the suction tube for the bulb to grip. Would not recommend this product. Fail!
