The NAWEN Ethernet Splitter is a high quality splitter. It is basically a 3-port switch. The build quality on the outside is top notch. Each of the RJ45 ports are equipped with status lights for connection, activity, and connection speed. Each of the ports are 10/100/1000 Mbps all supporting half and full duplex.Also included in the box is a USB-C cable to be used with a DC5V power supply to provide power to the NAWEN Ethernet Splitter. The DC5V power supply is not provided but the majority of the USB power supplies available today are DC5V which will be indicated on the power supply.At the time of this review the NAWEN Ethernet Splitter was selling for $19.99 with a $3 coupon; $16.99. You can get a quality 5-port switch for about this same price. What you are getting with the NAWEN Ethernet Splitter is the convenience of small size. The NAWEN would be perfect to have in your network tool box. If you are in the situation where there is not an available open port, the NAWEN Ethernet Splitter will be your friend.
