I know that there are better features available on other robot vacuums. But, I’m on a budget, and for the price this has done a lot of work at the house that I did not have time to do. I tried the spot-cleaning feature tonight and it did a great job. I also gave it a test in the house/recording studio with cables all over the floor and it found its way to navigate around them effectively.If you want a robot to clean your floors on a scheduled basis, you might consider looking at higher-end models. Although, this model does offer scheduling via the app. Eufy was recommended by my parents. I am very impressed by what this budget model has done. I would not hesitate to buy another, or to recommend to a friend.

Got this over a year ago and been using it weekly.It works well but the strips don’t stick to the floor for long and the brush tangles the hair around and are a hassle to remove after each cleaning so I have to pass a swiffer before to remove some. Also it gets tangled on loose phone chargers and carpet fringes.Feels like I have to do a lot of work before and after using it. There’s probably better options out there but it’s ok if you can get it at a good discount!

Works pretty well. I've had a few. Usually have to replace them after a year and a half or two years but Eufy still hasn't much better product than other brands.

I gave it 4 stars because I'm not completely satisfied, sometimes it crashes and I can't find my charging station.And so it is quite a good vacuum cleaner, it does its job well 👌🏻

We have used Eufy vacuums for several years. This unit replaced a vacuum that wore out after several years of daily use. This was an upgrade for us in that it uses a more methodical cleaning algorithm that does not get lost or stuck like the earlier models.I was very impressed with how well it cleans. I have to empty the bin every other day while I could go 3 days with the older model. Same size bin.We have 2 big dogs and the vacuum cleans an area with both carpet, rugs and tile. We run it every night about 4:30 AM and by the time we get up it is finished and recharging.

I write limited reviews (good and bad). I have to recommend this eufy vacuum. I run it everyday and it does a great job (on bare floors and low pile rugs). I had 1 small issue and contacted the distributor and they resolved it immediately!! The price is great for this product!! It still functions great after 1 year of use!!

We’ve only had this robo vac for a couple of weeks but it’s wonderful so far! Great features and suction and it’s quiet. I love it!!

This little Eufy is really working well for us. It replaced a dumber ‘bump-and-run’ Eufy, the 11S. We really like the orderly cleaning in steady rows. The programming is clever enough that it goes everywhere without missing spots or getting stuck. The feature where it stops to charge and then remembers where it was to resume cleaning works great.It’s getting harder to find good robovacs without cameras. There’s too many stories out there of robovac photos getting leaked so we’re not interested, nor do we need, that level of smart.

Too bad it broke the first week. Wheel stuck. Its left wheel was stuck all the time regardless how much I clean it. When it was working, it was doing a good job. What I liked the most about it is its height that allowed it to go under the most of my furniture and clean the dust.4 starts for the cleaning job.0 start for the product reliability
