Product is as advertised, and does as is claimed. I think it performs/functions very well. I have several units and would not hesitate to purchase more if needed.

De las mejores cámaras que he comprado. Supera por mucho a las Ring en cuanto a calidad de la imagen, tiene funciones adicionales y cuenta con inteligencia artificial.

If you have not gotten a eufy system yet. You are really missing out on the quality you wont find anywhere else. I do security for a living and this is a game changer in sharpness and distance from camera to base.

I replaced some much cheaper cameras that were incompatible with my new Router. I went with these - they are pricier but I am very pleased with them so far. The picture quality is great and the motion detection response time is much faster. Set up was great - the cameras even screwed right into my existing mounts as they had the same thread size even if the mounts themselves looked a little different. Setting up the receiver through Ethernet rather than wi-if was easier and more secure, and they connect great. The only surprise was needing a hard drive in the receiver for a resolvable amount of storage. Maybe the only minor negative point is the cameras make a very high pitched noise during the set-up process that freaked out my dog, but it’s a one time thing.

Their tech support is pretty much useless. If you have any issues, it will take you many, many hours and emails back and forth to get any actual help. It's almost as if you start from the very beginning of the support pole just getting canned answers each time. They don't really seem to read your complaint at all. They just keep sending me things to try that are not even related to the problem at all. And their support team seems to be in another country so you have to wait 24 hours and sometimes longer to get the useless answers. It's very aggravating. Because of this, if you have any problems, questions, concerns or failures you literally have to take about a month of time to get the final conclusion no matter what that is.Another HUGE problem is that their videos, which are supposedly stored on the home base, aren't accessible at all except through the camera that took the video. The problem with this is that is someone STEALS your Eufy security camera, you have NO WAY TO SEE who took the camera. Which is utterly useless. The videos are stored on the home base after the camera took the video but you cannot see the video unless the camera that got stolen is online and viewing the video on the base. Do you see how stupid that is? It literally defeats the purpose of having a home security camera or a home base to store the videos. These things make me not be able to recommend any Eufy equipment at all. I have 15 Eufy devices in my home and if I have it to do all over again, I would not have gone the Eufy route. In fact, I am considering scrapping the entire thing and starting over with something else that does what security cameras are supposed to do.Eufy is a hard pass for me.

I had no problem connecting them to the home base ³. It's been over a month now and the battery holding strong.I am a fan of the eufy system knowing I have no subscription fee's and everything is stored in house ( at home in the home base ³) no third parties or cloud. Yes you pay the upfront cost but for the long run this is what I want. Plus people, pet, vehicle detection is included with the AI no need to pay more for those features every month like other providers. Some will cost extra a month for pet, vehicle, person detection on top off the subscription fee.I will be adding more cameras in the future just like I did with these.Started with the eufy cam ³ × 4 with home base. With terabyte HD for the added storageAnd added ²× of these. To expand the reach of coverage for the home stead. I have yet to miss a notification for a delivery or the kids getting off the bus. From drive way to the yard to the home. Yes I am still amazed by the distance of the cameras with some 100' + away from the home base. The B&W night vision to me is better than using the spotlight for color. It seems to show more and further distance. Plus I am not alerting the night wild life. But if viewing live through the app it works good when you activate the spot light. If you are viewing live you have the option to start recording.I will say as a side note I had to go through the app and disable the motion alarm. Since that's a setting activated right outta the box for this ³C cameras. I don't remember the eufycam ³ being that way. The ³C is listed for 6mo battery life unlike the eufycam³ with solar panel that says it only needs 2hrs a day of sunlight for indefinite use or 365 days on one full charge.I charged the ³C for 8-10 hours before realizing they were at 100%As far as compatibility with the home base ³ I have so far only ordered all ⁴K cameras to date. But if you go through the app for adding device or camera there is a whole list of the cameras from the home base ² system that are compatible. Yeah there cheaper, but max out at ²K for video quality. Don't get me wrong ²K is still better than 1080P but if you have a way to view ⁴K it's worth the extra money. This all my opinion and individual results may very and all experiences are subjective.
