If my phone is not connected to Wi-Fi, the headphones do not connect in the app, and if they are not connected in the application it simply cannot be translated. I also bought their annual membership and it was never reflected in the application, and they deducted the money, I tried to contact support from the app, and the only option that gives an email, sends them and I did not receive any response. So just BAD, I don't recommend it.

Been wearing these buds for only a week so can’t speak to longevity but ….- impressed these came 100% fully charged - arrived in 2 days and wearable right outta the box.- absolute idiot-proof connection.- they are SUPER comfortable and look stylish (I think, anyway 😁). I can even forget I’m wearing them sometimes despite that they fit snugly over my ear. No fear of losing these!- sound quality and volume are more than adequate for my purposes, which are mostly watching YouTube, movies, listening to music on my iPad. Unless you’re a serious audiophile these will more than suffice, especially for the price.- been wearing almost daily 4-5 hours on and off, putting in the charge pod at night & the charge pod is still at more than 90% without being plugged in. Really impressed with battery life both in the pod & buds themselves.If I have one caveat it’s that they come with medium-sized silicone covers installed on the speakers but do include small & large pairs in a separate baggie. I needed to switch to the small pair and yikes! Took me about 10 tries - the speakers are oval and the ends of the silicone buds that fit over the speakers are round, so you do the math. Of course the silicone is stretchy so not really an issue in the long run but if you have adult fingers you might want to ask your 7-year-old niece to switch them out for you. And do not stand anywhere near a sink, toilet or kitty litter box while you do it 😳.

These Bluetooth Sports Earbuds with charging dock, are such a great value and quality product. They're extremely comfy, due to them hooking over the ear, which stops them popping out. Ideal while exercising and also for use when travelling. Really impressed with these and have already recommended to friends and family. Thank you 😊
