I don't currently have a keg to test this coupler, but it seems like it will do the job. There are no instructions included and it was shipped partially assembled, so you'll want to refer to the pictures in the product listing. That said, the design seems to be more or less the same as any other Sankey coupler, so if you're familiar with them you shouldn't have any problems. As advertised, other than gaskets, it appears to be all stainless steel. Finish looks good, however there are a couple minor concerns. First, the stainless part of the handle has somewhat sharp edges; if your hands were to slip while connecting or disconnecting a keg, it could result in a nick/cut. Most other couplers I've seen have eased edges on the handle, but this one appears to have been machined on the outer surfaces, resulting in the sharp edges.Second, the check ball retainer is seriously deformed. I'm not sure if the wrong part was installed or the internal diameter of the probe is not to spec. The result is an out of round retainer. I think it will still function fine, but this should be refined a bit more.Other things are that there are minor differences between the pictured product and what I received:- The PRV on the one I received doesn't containing any warnings about the max pressure.- The screw for the handle pivot is different on mine (slotted vs. Phillips).- Both barbed nipples are the same size (appear to be 1/4") whereas the listing pictures indicates there should be (1) 1/4" liquid barb, and (1) 5/16" gas barb. This isn't a huge deal for me as I plan to replace the barbs with ball-lock post fittings. One thing I really like, the included silicone washers for the liquid barb are fairly hard (not overly soft). This is good because they seem like they won't easily slip or deform when tightening the fittings. One other note, there doesn't appear to be any food grade grease on the coupler. To ensure smooth operation, I'd suggest a light coat of food grade silicone grease on any moving part, including the handle pivot points.

This Stainless Steel Keg Coupler is a strong, rust-resistant connector for tapping most American beer kegs. Made of durable stainless steel, it ensures clean beer flow and should lasts awhile. It easily connects to standard beer (1/4" or 3/16" I.D.) and gas (5/16") lines. It's nice that it comes with included hose clamps. This "D-Type" coupler is essential for Sankey D kegs, but won't work with european keg types. Overall, it's a reliable choice for home kegerators using standard US beers, provided you know your keg system.

I own a brewery and taproom and ordered a keg that needed a Euro tap. The distributor I ordered the beer from couldn't seem to source one for me so I resorted to Amazon. Works perfectly and was a seamless addition to my multi-tap manifold.

Body of keg couplers was all that was shipped. The gas line check valve, the hose clamps, and the hose barb connectors and gaskets were missing.

This is not the best tap. It locks in to the keg but leaks around the seal. Tried on multiple kegs.
