To me, a big upgrade to the factory fiber board feeling thing. None of the holes are out of alignment enough to make me drill so that is a big plus.

Sturdy enough and the holes matched. My mechanic had enough push pins and bolts to connect it. Just put on 2500 miles after it went on and no problems.

The felt on the original tore after getting serviced for an oil change. The thicker plastic will do great for an upgrade and longevity. Cut perfectly to fit stock holes. 2018 Kia Sorento LX 2.4L

Did not fit half of the holes and had to try to stretch it to no avail. Waste of time and money. Sure it will work fine if it fits yours. Also had a lead warning on it that I was unaware of.

This spray shield is a heavy plastic that appears to be much more durable than the original. I bolted it on myself and had no difficulty with the installation. All the holes in the plastic were in the correct location to align with the holes on the car.

Ok, so if you're missing hardware, you'll have to go find some. No hardware included. But, that's to be expected.Easy to install. All holes line up a they should. The picture is of a smooth finished plastic piece, but these have the felt coating on it. Don't think you have the wrong part. The felt coating is normal on most new cars. (My '17 F-150 also has a splash shield with a felt coating).

The shield came folded up in a rectangular box so areas of the shield were bent bad. It shouldn’t affect the function however packaging should have been more careful as this is like cardboard material. And because it was bent up and not flat, it took forever to put it on. Also there were shoe prints all over the shield. Like someone walked all over it before putting it in the box. You can see in the picture I included.The shield fit my car for the most part. It was a little bigger then the original one that came on the car. I had to make a few adjustments, but it’s on. I don’t think I will buy from this company again though.
