the bolt holes almost line up, but the main issue is the shroud hole is not centered and the diameter is not large enough for the fan to clear!? save yourself the time and trouble and buy one from a local parts store

It fit but the fan blades hit the shroud. Had to take it back out.

I wish the coolant reservoir wasnt attached to the fan shroud on these tacomas. I didnt feel like paying $100+ for the oem replacement so i opted for this one. One of the sides was slightly warped but i didnt have any clearance issues with the clutch fan which is all i cared about. It sat on the radiator hooks on the bottom so everything was ok. for the price I say it was a improvement over my old one.
