I guess this is normal, but the item came bent. I understand shipping it fully extended would likely be ridiculously expensive. I suppose normally it would be fine, I have a heat gun. But it was bent enough such that when I opened the package it immediately cracked in part of it.Having said that, the crack was on the back, non-visible side. Even so, I didn't want to try to use a cracked bumper cover. I contacted the company and they gave me a refund and said no need to ship it back. I ended up not using it, due to the broken off piece. So now I have a huge bumper cover I need to figure out how to dispose of. But, I did briefly put it up against the reinforcement bar and in place and it seems like it would have fit fine, so that's a plus. This was after several days of letting it unfold and some mild use of the heat gun.I think _everyone_ ships these things folded. I guess that's just the norm. Maybe be extra careful as you open it. Perhaps even start applying a heat gun to the bend _before_ cutting the tape and unfolding it.

I have a Honda Civic 2015 so the bumper cover is suppose to fit without a problem. When we first received the item, it was pretty bent, so we had to use a heat gun to unbend it. We took it to fit on the car, but we had a hard time fitting it because if we put one side in, the other side will pop out. Eventually, we were able to get the cover on the car, but as you can see in the picture, there’s a couple gaps that just keeps on poping out if you press it down.

The pictures are more then enough to be honest like I wasn't expecting that but tell me why my fender order it from the same seller and is all good but the bumper I know is plastic but tell me how I am supposed to get it ready for paint nor test fit nor put fog lights like I couldn't do a damn thing with it
