It sounds just like a factory horn, nothing more and nothing less. Installs in the same factory mount hole. Just what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Good product. Installed it on my 2006 f150. Only problem I had was the wires were backwards from the factory connections easy fix but not ideal

EDIT: changed this to one star. After a little over 2-1/2 years, the horn is already starting to go and sounding like the horn I replaced. And I rarely use it.Perfect replacement for a 2006 F150 horn. Pretty loud, good tone, relatively inexpensive. I find it easiest just to remove the front right headlight housing and access the horn from there instead of lying under the truck.
