The original cover did not fit my sous vide so the company put a notice in the box if there was any issue to send an email which I did. The shipped another cover which guy perfectly and delivery and response were super quick!

This product was shipped quickly and packed safely. I use the original box for its storage as well. The only drawback is it didn't come with any recipes to go by. That would have made it nice for the first use.

I got my husband a Sous Vide a couple of years ago, it sat in a box with all the other kitchen unused gadgets for almost a year. End of 2018 though we had a corned beef in the freezer that needed to get cooked and hubs googled that Sous Vide is the best way to get tender --TOTALLY TRUE, BEST CORNED BEEF EVER!Anyway, I digress. Once he learned that, we sous vide weekly. We had a couple of large metal pots we had used with relative success but water does evaporate and when you add water, it takes a bit longer to get to temp. He had eyed one of these and so I finally got one....I mean Santa delivered him one... for Christmas.If he could cuddle with this he would-- new favorite toy (next to the Sous Vide of course). This is great, well made and sturdy plastic. It is a great size for 90% of what we would cook, we used it to Sous Vide (is that a verb?) Chateaubriand for 11 on Christmas. Its not huge so its possible we could cook something for a crowed that wouldn't fit but it is perfect for 99% of anything we would cook. The lid is great, it keeps water from evaporating and helps keep food in and under the water level.Price was great for this, we have used it half a dozen times in two months and it is perfect for what we needed.

I am very happy with the Everie Sous Vide container .it does everything I wanted it to do. One of the best features is when you are cooking something a long time you don’t have to add water very often. In my open pot I was using I cooked somethings for 24 hrs and had to add water 4or 5 times.The tab on the lid was broken when I got it. There was a sticker on the package that said it might happen and to email the seller. I did and in 4 days I had a new lid. Very happy with the seller

We bought one because a friend had a similar one that he demo'd to us when we told how difficult it was just to use a pot in your kitchen. It seems plenty sturdy to my wife and me. Our sous vide fits it perfectly. The snap down lid will hold the bags in place. Glad we bought it. Makes it more interesting than a pot you cannot see into. It is exactly as described and pictured in the listing.

I bought this cooking container for its price and functionality. It is an excellent bargain and of very good quality. I bought it to use with my "Kitchen Boss" Sous Vide immersion cooker, for which this vessel was specifically, not designed to accommodate. Amazingly, with a small amount of engineering insight and a burst of calculated energy, I cut a little piece of plastic out of the lid, which was exactly the modification needed to allow my Kitchen Boss to fit securely, while maintaining a quiet and consistent flowing temperature. If there's any interest, I will update with photos, the simple lid modification, (which saved us around $40.00.)

I made turkey sous vide for Thanksgiving this year and it came out great. I used a "24 hour" method and the amount of evaporation was negligible. The fit for my older (first generation, I believe) Anova circulator was perfect. This 12 quart container is the perfect size for two turkey breast halves (approximately 3 pounds each). I may have been able to include a couple of wings/drummette but not a thigh/leg. For reference, I only have one cooker so I roasted the thigh/leg dark meat in a more traditional manner in the oven. Dark meat is more forgiving and I use a probe thermometer so I can pull it out when I want.

So much easier than using a stock pot!I got this as I've been doing sous vide more and more and it makes it a lot easier to organize the kitchen and use pots as I'm cooking. The model I bought fits my sous vide perfectly and is a great size for cooking up to 8-12 portions (depending on your food and portion size).

The container is a nice compact vessel for sous vide. Doesn’t take up too much room and perfect size for a small family.
