I received the item in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend the seller. This solar panel snow cleaner does an excellent job of cleaning the snow off of our solar panels to keep the batteries charging. The extension does a great job of reaching the highest points.

We purchased this roof rake primarily to clear the roof of a large cargo trailer and also a canvas temporary building, but we have found it useful on the house roof too. We ended up having to shovel part of the house twice this winter which can be very dangerous. We found that if you position yourself safely on the ridge the roof rake can be used to push the snow off on all sides without you having to put yourself in an awkward spot and without risk of damaging shingles. The design of the head makes it useful for both pushing and pulling snow. The head appears to have been molded to the frame in a way that will last well. The telescoping latches on the handle are much sturdier than those old push pin types. You can lock the handle in any position which means that you can reinforce the lightest tube by fastening the handle mid way. Don't get me wrong, you could destroy this thing if you misused it. Because it is telescoping, the lightest tube ends up taking the most bend pressure near the head. So be aware of physics and protect your investment by managing your handle set up. We would recommend this rake to anyone who has a ot of snow to move in a variety of roof situations. We expect things to be built to last and this rake has exceeded our expectations.

Not a buy it for life product.I received my rake to clean off my solar panels. It works well without it being extended and doesn't scratch the panels.Once extended, there are small yellow plastic bushings that don't hold like they should. The slightest bit of icy layer onto of the snow, when pulling, the extensions will pull themselves apart. This happened while trying to take small bites out of the overall roof, rather than starting at the top.The first time this happened the company replaced the rake, fantastic honestly. However the second one also does this. If you lose the yellow bushings, the rake is literally useless as it no longer holds at all. It seems once it separates, the yellow bushings may get rounded off as it seems to pull apart even easier once you reassemble.Cheap product, that is just filling up land fills and wasting our money.

This clever tool arrived just in time to be "in time" ... the day before a snowstorm in NJ. I bought it mainly so I would not have to climb on a stepladder to clear off the top of my Honda Pilot SUV, and also to clear the snow that covers my gutter screens so that the sun could warm the screen and the melting roof snow would go into the gutter instead of over the edge, making icicles and ice on the ground.SnowBuster worked great for both applications. And it is a quality manufacturing job. Only one little thing I changed myself... a rubber O-ring on the course thread at the end of the pole help to keet the scraper from loosing up if the pole gets twisted the wrong way. Some sort of large lockwasher might work even better. The extended length works well for scraping the gutter snow while standing on the ground.I'm very happy that I ordered the SnowBuster.

I got this to remove snow off of a fairly large ground-mounted solar array. First off, it works. The opposite ‘swooped’ edges allow for pushing and pulling snow. It definitely reaches where I need it to go, and there’s not a whole lot of flex in the handle when fully extended. The material doesn’t scratch the glass, and it’s fairly light (important when fully extended!). I do believe the manufacturers could make some improvements, however. 1. The metal handle gets quite cold, and there only two places with foam padding that offer any insulation. I wish there was more of this on the base handle so I’m not limited as to where to place my hands when not wearing gloves. 2. I would prefer a little wider blade to move more snow ‘per swipe’ for bigger jobs. 3. The blade easily comes unscrewed from the handle and gets loose if twisted even just a little counter clockwise. I guess a little threadlocker would help, but a quick-detach, clip-in blade would be much better, that way pressure could be put on both sides of the blade without loosening/detaching the blade from the handle - sometime you want to put a little extra pressure on the corner, but when you do that, it comes unscrewed. 3. It would be nice to have a different locking mechanism on the handle extensions, rather than the ones currently in use. Anyway, long story longer - this tool is useful, but there are quite a few attributes that I find annoying, or not that well thought-out.

This snow rake is ideal for clearing solar panels and anything else you need to clear without damaging the surface. Foam head is gentle on the surface and strong enough to pull down the snow. The handle is good and strong to reach out to full length without any worry of it not holding up. Got 8" of snow last storm. Snowbuster worked great. Raking snow is not fun but if you got to do the dirty deed this is the weapon for you.

This product is very good works very well and yes it does come undone. All you have to do is put a little bit of silicone on the thread and then screw it and let it dry overnight in the warm it works very well and yes, you can get it undone after problem solved

I purchased the roof rake last month to remove snow from my solar panels. It works fine, and it is easy to use. I'm convinced it will not scratch or damage the panels, which was my reason for the purchase. I had to climb on my roof to finish the last of the panels--they are very high on the roof--and when finished, I tossed the rake off the roof and it landed awkwardly on a snow bank, breaking the head from the pole. I e mailed the company quickly, explaining my error and accepting fault for the broken rake. They, however, have chosen to replace the parts at no cost to me. One cannot expect better customer service. Their response was quick, friendly, and decisive. Thank you. You are appreciated.

Easy to use, sturdy, effective. I like that the instructions advise you to not extend each section fully, but instead to leave a few inches of overlap. My only improvement would be if the overall length specifications took this overlap into account, i.e. making the product 0.5 feet longer to account for this. However, I did not measure to confirm the length as such.

This product is amazing. We just had a sunroom installed and needed something to safely clear the snow off the glass roof. The Snowbuster did a fantastic job. The telescopic handle is excellent. A lot of the telescopic handles out there are too wobbly when extended. This is good and sturdy when fully extended.Well worth the price.

This is a well made, light weight product. The extendable handle was bent in shipping. I didn't open it for months and when I did Amazon refused help because I waited too long. I contacted Eversprout directly and they sent me a replacement handle quickly and pleasantly. The original was sent by USPS which wouldn't deliver because of the size of the package. I had to pick it up at the post office. I requested that the replacement be sent by UPS. Eversprout sent it that way and it was delivered to my home. Unusually good service!! Thanks to Christian!
