I don’t think this was really worth the price. Trying to use the app on my phone to watch our security cameras at work, while I’m at home, and the app crashes constantly. Sometimes it won’t even open at all. Do better. Especially for the price of this thing.

I bought this to replace an old dvr system. It was extremely easy to set up…. Literally plug and play. The problem is that my old dvr has a much better picture than this one! I want to return it because I’m not happy with it and they want to charge me shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee!!! The reviews were raving on the good quality of the picture, which I do not agree with. The pictures are very grainy. The instructions are very basic and you have to look any detailed instructions up. There is not a name brand on it so I had to go back to my order to look up the brand and model of it. Any more, you don’t even get any instructions with things, so that is to be expected. The night vision did great on my old dvr, but this one is very dark around the edges. I tried to adjust it but nothing seemed to help. The color is funny, also. I also tried to adjust it but it was still off. Overall, I’m very disappointed.

I THOUGHT THAT I KNEW ALL THE BEST AND EASY DVR'S OUT THERE, BUT I DIDN'T, EVERTECH HAS A 16 CHANNEL DVR THAT IS SOOOOOO EASY TO INSTALL, IT'LL BLOW YOUR MIND, I'M A GOOD TECH MYSELF AND THIS IS THE VERY FIRST TIME I WAS BLOWEN AWAY ON HOW EASY THIS DVR IS TO OPERATE AND INSTALL, NOW SOMEBODY FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT, THANK YOU EVERTECH.HUGH GRANT

I received this unit and installed it while the tracking info on the order said it was still in shipping so the order was faster than expected. Installation was simple and getting it loaded onto my android phone with the help of tech support took about 5 minutes. The price was very affordable as well. Very happy with the unit over all.

Great picture. Quiet compared to (Z) & (A). Easy to hook-up, follow the format. Lots of options to put PTZ & movable cams right from your palm if need be. Its all there, just use it. This am., I wanted a TECH to walk me through on some Security measures. Great cooperation, burned 30 min. at least, friendly and Helpful. Easy APP on the Screen to Register and play, included, on the net or otherwise. Put a Surge Protector on and your Set. Ana & Mel make-it-work Here. Very Pleased.

It is for around my house, the people at evertech are great. They are helping me getting it set up, they had no computers when I went to school, the techs helped me set up remote viewing, its been a great pleasure with them helping me!! Thank you Evertech!!!
