Inner and Outer Burner Control Knobs
Two knobs on the control panel adjust the inner and outer burners for the ultimate cooking flexibility.
Dual Gas Burners
Dual independently controlled burners produce edge-to-edge even heat ranging from 225°F to 550°F.
Heavy-duty Stainless Steel Lid
A stainless lid with adjustable vent is included. Protects the cooktop when not in use and converts the flattop grill into an oven for baking, roasting, or smoking.

The builtin 30G Evo Grill came with a home I purchased. I called their customer service line, to get help understanding the grill- how to operate, what it could be used for, etc. I told them I was not the original owner, and I thought the grill was maybe 3 years old. She didn't mind that I wasn't their original customer, she explained how to work everything and was so helpful and patient! I've been in the home for about a year, and I'm finding more things to use the grill for all the time. (Classic teppanyaki is still the favorite!) Great product, great company.

So Easy, the griddle I have always wanted. Learning more options on it daily. This machine can do anything, nearly smokeless and clean up is a breeze.
