The EVO Bow is a fantastic all-in-one home gym system. It’s compact and sturdy, offering a great range of resistance with the notched resistance bands for full-body training. The system supports up to 300lbs, making it perfect for all fitness levels. I especially love the weighted push-up feature, which adds an extra challenge to my workouts. It’s well-built and easy to store, making it ideal for home use. If you’re looking for a convenient and effective strength training solution for home workouts, this system is definitely worth it!

This is a fantastic all-in-one home gym based on resistance bands. I've been using this for the past couple months, and have noticed a marked improvement in my pushup strength, lateral raises, and chest pushes. The ease with which you can set this up and swap between different functions is amazing, and the convenience of having this entire setup available in a backpack makes it perfect for taking with you to work and getting a quick workout in during your lunch break.Make sure to watch the posted video from the creator on how to configure the bow and bands for different workout types, it really helped with setup.

Wasn’t sure about this at first, but the more I use it, the more I’m liking it. It’s a compact, portable system that really does it all. A full body workout in one neat package. The bands are sturdy. Once you get the hang of it, it’s super effective and versatile. It’s perfect for my home gym space, which is not that large. For the price, it’s a solid piece of equipment, and I’m definitely enjoying it more with each session.

I got this for my teenage son who has just started getting interested in working out. We don't live close to a gym and don't have space for a large home setup so this kit was perfect for us. He has been using this almost every day, and absolutely loves it.

Honestly, there's no reason for the bow design. Everything could be accomplished with a straight bar, although the middle insert section does distinguish this from other similar products. With that said, the notches on the bands does allow for better tension throughout movements. Of course, you aren't going to replicate the constant load of free weights, and the maximum resistance occurs only at the peak of contraction. One of the things I find disappointing is that you can't do standing overhead presses with this (it stretches the bands too far), and sitting presses don't fully engage the rest of the body. I think the handles are overly complex, and there's no need for them to consist of so many pieces. I know I'm sounding overly critical of this, but really, there's a lot to like too. It is portable and does offer sufficient resistance. This is better than one of those portable cable machines in terms of versatility, but if I was looking for something to really build strength, I would probably veer more towards a X3 Bar System or something equivalent (because the price of the X3 system is ridiculous). Again, I think this is a perfectly fine portable gym. Not perfect, but it gets the job done when you can't access free weights.

This is a good innovation to create a workout equipment that can be used for multiple things, giving you the option to workout and hit a variety of different exercises for a decent home workout (For those of us who can't/don't make it to the gym that day). It's a cool gadget, as it can be built to do things such as squatting, pressing, pulling, and push up movements. It comes in a box that can store the items when dissembled, which is another good thing - leaving space that doesn't need to be used to have to store the loose parts.I do like the idea of the bow, as well as the resistance band implementation. More so, it was created independently and I always support that. Do what you love and love what you do, I think it's great to be able to create something of your own.My only issue I have had so far, is disassembling the bow. The bow snaps in using two push-buttons that you push in and slide inside. The issue is, when trying to push the buttons to un-snap it, sometimes it can be very time-consuming and strenuous. This is due to either the bars not being slick enough to slide right out, or the buttons not being pushed (all) the way in, to slide it out. I struggled trying to pull one side out and had to leave it until I finally got it pried off two days later. This made me feel more wary about setting it up again, because that's a workout in itself. It also deters me from using it, because I have to worry about being able to actually dissemble it without any issues.Beyond that, I may just use it for curls, since it doesn't require the bar. I do think if there was an easier way for the bars to connect, this would be way better. Snap-in buttons have always had these issues, which is why I never cared much for them.Beyond that, they have tutorial videos to assemble everything. They also seem to have good support, as they encourage you to reach out for any issues.
