Really takes the hassle out of pulling your Xcalibur xbow and they work great. Only negative is that the handles are small but I replaced mine and they work great now.

This particular cocking rope device seems to be the best of the best as it has very heavy duty rope and is adjustable for a length. Works as advertised. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever with this product.

I have a Matrix 355. 240# draw weight. With an archery induced arm injury that required surgery I was wondering just how hard it would be to cock the crossbow. The cocking rope reduces the draw weight you pull by half and makes cocking a 240# bow fairly easy for me. Not sure if someone in not so great shape could do it but I am pleasantly surprised and think perhaps I should have gotten the Matrix 380!Plus you learn how to cock the bow correctly and when you do you'll notice an improvement in accuracy. This is my reserve cocking aid. I'm heading out elk hunting and I know there is no way I could cock the bow without it so to avoid invoking Murphy's Law I bought a second rope! And don't forget to buy the bow stringing aid because you absolutely must have the correct brace height and you won't be able to adjust the brace height without one. Besides you should have an extra bowstring when you're in the field in case you accidentally brush the string with your broadhead. Again..............Murphy's Law.
