This mattress cover came in a clear plastic bag with nothing indicating the size. It did appear to be the same as the one I ordered in August 2013, which is still working fine on a different mattress topper. Next I wanted to make sure the zipper worked. There was no zipper piece to zip the two sides together. This is yet another product I get to return that I bought on amazon to save time.

I have a problem: a dog who loves to burrow...usually into my bed--and I do mean INTO my bed. She has torn through sheets...into plastic mattress covers (Which-btw-are NOT fun to sleep on in Georgia. It doesn't matter what you put over them)...and was starting to dig small holes into my actual mattress when I discovered this cotton mattress cover. It fits snuggly, and is made of sturdy, thick cotton material. Puppy dog has given up trying to burrow into my mattress and instead contents herself with making nests out of the sheets. That I can live with. This cover is also comfortable and cool to sleep on, with no crackling plastic noises when you turn over in the middle of the night! My only complaint is that it fits very tightly, and was a challenge to get on my mattress and zip up. I did wash it on cold, and line dried it prior to putting it on my bed--so if it shrank, I believe it was only a very little bit. If the zipper finally does give way--no sign of it so far, but as tight as it is, it would not surprise me--I'd still get another of these, but I'd probably size up from the full (my mattress size) to a queen.
