We use this pad every day to stamp the date on our chicken eggs and after a month of use the ink still goes on our stamper like it's day one. Excellent buy. The brown ink looks good on light and medium toned brown eggs too.

Before buying this, I read through quite a lot of reviews saying that the pad was dry and didn't allow for an even stamp. I was hesitant to order, beside of those comments. But, figured I could always add ink if needed.Thankfully, I didn't have that experience. For me, the amount of ink was perfect.If an ink pad has more ink that it should, when the stamp is pressed onto the pad, ink doesn't just touch the surface of that stamp's impression. It is also squeezed up and into the recessed grooves of the rubber. This will eventually lead to smudgy impressions not to mention the huge mess it will make.When you use the stamp the rubber part that leaves the impression touches paper, depositing the ink it picked up. Ink stuck in the grooves of the stamp stays there. When you store the stamp, that remaining ink can make a mess! The handle, the bag you store your stamp in, and anything else stored in that bag will get that excess ink from in the grooves smeared on it. Not easy to clean up.On that note.... if anyone knows where to find a stamp cover or case, I'd love to know!

I purchased a stamp a received an ink pad that was to small for my licking. I purchased this ink and it is the perfect color, perfect size for my stamp, even and drip free. I love this ink pad. I works beautifully for stamping our books with our names with a large and medium stamp. I'd purchase ink from this company again. It works exactly as I need it to.

Navy Blue- I bought for bany shower invitations that my mother and I are making. The ink is very opaque and easy to see. It doesn't smudge on the paper or rub off onto other things. Came on the exact estimated day of delivery. Very satisfied with the product can't wait to see our finished product♡

Bought this one and a black one previously. The pad itself seems to be a good quality but both were partially dry from the start. I have inked them and they are now fine.

Takes a long time for the ink to “surface”. Otherwise it works fine, and has lasted a pretty long time.
