I wear a women’s size 8, this is a very skinny step. If you are a small person, this will work for you but this will cause injuries if you are looking to use for workouts or long term use. For the price, buy the correct step. I had to return because it was too small.

I love this aerobic step. It's easily adjustable to the perfect height, and it's sturdy. This is worth it to get a good home workout, especially since it comes with exercises and extra knob pads. I can store it away easily anywhere when done using it. Highly recommend.

Luv my new stepper. It's easy to put on levels, I use a mat underneath. Cones with an exercise sheet with different exercises you can do on it. High intensity workouts on YouTube. Luv it.
