Arrived two days before the earliest estimated delevery date! When I saw the 6 plugs i assumed they were tight. Nope. This was my only issue. I discovered that were not tight when one of them tell out. Easy to fix, but it did take few minutes of my time to put it right. FYI, it did Not come with studs and nuts for the muffler.

This exhaust manifold was installed on a 1975 Jeep CJ5, with a stock 4.2L, 258 cu in engine. The original manifold had damaged AIR injection tubes, almost impossible to remove without destroying the manifold. Because of the Jeep's vintage, it is exempt from California Smog requirements.This New manifold comes with 6 steel plugs to eliminate the AIR system. This is a very affordable, aftermarket replacement for a 42 year old vehicle.The manifold did require a little grinding of an over-cast material to allow the intake manifold to fit exactly. And, careful attention had to be taken to proper torque, with new exhaust bolts to ensure a tight, even fit.Be sure to check the alignment of the ports to gasket contact surface before installing. It should work fine.However, I am confident the Seller will be more that glad to work out any problems that may arise.
