Worked well on stainless steel 2 inch tube. Haven't tried it with impact driver, although design appears to be the same as expanders which are rated for impact drivers.

Works as it should. Expanded a KTM muffler inlet to fit a Pro Circuit header. Kind of squares things, so you have to rotate 45 degrees and round things out. More in-between collets might negate that.
