When mounted the tip of the header sits kilometers away from the frame, however it is not possible to attach the muffler from that point. I had to bend the pipe

I bought this in the hope it would fit on my bt200x with a 212cc engine and a 1inch riser to clear for a torque converter but the pipe hit the frame… i had to cut it and reweld it more downward. Otherwise the thing seems nicely made

This is a straight horizontal pipe. Not useful for advertised application.

It’s a great muffler, but for me it almost lit my pants on fire since it was angled too high, in my case I used an angle grinder to cut the pipe at the angle and welded it back down at the angle I wanted matching the angle of the frame. It did lower the decibels from the straight pipes I had before and didn’t take out too much power , the picture shows my weld job not the original

Fits perfectly. We didn't like the Chrome/nickel finish so we decided to wrap it and paint it with flame proof flat black for mufflers spray paint.Does it sound better? Meh . Little throaty?On this bike, use the factory gasket. Be careful and don't rip it from taking the factory muffler off. The gasket that came with the muffler didn't work right.

This is a great exhaust for a Coleman ct200uex and I imagine it could work on a bt200x as well. I was looking for a exhaust that keep the heat away from legs since now the engine is raised up for the torque converter installation. This exhaust does the trick. Keeps the heat away and it’s much harder to burn my leg by accident.Worked great for about a week, unfortunately it broke at the flange where it meets with the engine. I’m seeing other people are doing good with theirs so maybe I got a bad apple?

Great quality welds, bolts right on to my honda gx200 engine perfectly. Muffler does a good job of allowing adequate flow while maintaining a reasonable volume level. Keep in mind the chrome finish does burn off when it gets hot. Overall, great product and would highly recommend.
