We have to wait for the extension. You measurements are WRONG. I now have to wait another TWO WEEKS to receive the third piece. In the video it shows the woman having three extensions and you only gave me two. The measurements of the pole with two extensions you gave me are 8 foot 11 inches. You claimed it went to 9 1/2 inches, where is the rest of the pole? If it’s only that height you should have mentioned that in your sale post.

This item came bent and caused the pole to wobble back and forth before I even finished putting it up. Very disappointed as I wanted two weeks for this and now can’t use it. Also came EXTREMELY corroded inside.

don't buy if you think this is the whole pole. this is literally one piece as it shows in the picture.

havent been able to install it yet, but looks really cool. I wish the bars "hardware" that came with it were made from steel instead.

The pole I originally purchased had an extension that was way too long, thankfully I found this 5inch one for a reasonable price and now have my pole in action :)
