I recently bought a brand new Lumix FZ300 camera so decided to get this screen protector to protect right from the start.I did my best to follow the instructions that came with the protector and at the referred to website that shows both text with pictures and a video. Taking my best shot, unfortunately, the screen protector went on misaligned by a bit. After trying to reposition to the proper alignment, the protector managed to collect dust. I was disappointed.The company even before I received the protector had sent out a friendly email describing their 100% guarantee. I decided to take them up on their offer and after mentioning that I didn't get the alignment right as I found the instructions not the easiest to follow, within a few days they sent me a couple of brand new screen protectors (no charge). One to try again and one as a spare.So, now for round two, making sure to follow the tips using painters tape to remove initial dust, and do the work in the bathroom after humidity in the room from a shower and taking the time to make sure I had the alignment right, I was able to put the screen protector on with more success. Only if looking closely for imperfections can I see there were a couple of trapped dust specks. Once the camera screen is turned on, I really don't notice any dust at all.The screen protector works great. But even more so, it is refreshing to see that a company does back up their product 100% and aims for customer satisfaction.I give the Expert Shield - THE Screen Protector for: FZ300 / FZ330 - Anti Glare five stars and two thumbs up for the company's customer focus.
