Complete n i m h battery assembly for my old A12 resurrecting it from the land of the irrevocable. Fit the radio so well I had to manually snap the latch upward . Certainly is not falling off . Complete with clip. Thank you, not having to purchase a new backup handheld certainly helps an expensive flying Hobby

While I really should have just sold the radio as is, I figured that I would get a new battery for it. Well, that was a mistake, I ended up keeping the radio! I may have to resurrect a couple of my Icom IC-2A's now.

Used to teach people to fly and carried this as a backup or to talk with students flying solo. Now getting back into flying and did not want to buy a new radio. But the original NiCad battery pack was way dead. Very happy to find this NiMh battery pack a year ago. Works fine and I believe has about the same capacity as the NiCad. Tightly engineered attachment foot fits the radio perfectly (see pic). Charges with the original wall charger and has cigarette lighter adapter port, just like the old one. The radio might be clunky, big, and heavy, with a small display compared with newer devices, but it now works again--both transmitting and receiving. For pilots, tracking a VOR or localizer never was easy with these old handhelds, but in a pinch it can be used.Believe these batteries fit different types of radios, not just aviation. Well worth the small investment to save hundreds compared with buying a new radio.

Not much to dislike! Battery fits well and works great. Price is excellent. I will say the same thing that others have, and that is it does not work out of the box. There is a spring loaded charge pin next to the positive screw. It does seem to short when installing the battery on the Delcom. I just popped it out. Yes there is no warranty anymore, he’ll it’s $23.00! It works, no complaints, I’ll buy another if I have to. One last note: it seems to drop power down to 8.5v to radio when charging or plugged directly to the wall. I kept my old battery to use when the radio is just plugged in so I can hear traffic. Put this battery on for a backup while flying. Excellent value!

When a battery for my trusty old Icom HT died, I had to decide whether to buy one of the new cheap Chinese HTs or get a replacement battery for about the same amount of money. I went for the battery and this one fits the bill nicely. The real bonus was that it arrived earlier than promised! The battery charged up just fine in my Icom charger and seems to work as well as my original did.
