The set is great. As an author I need to white board my ideas and plan out my chapters and book elements in different colors. This set is exactly what I needed. The thin markers, eraser, and cleaning solution is perfect. The big markers however are a bit dry and don’t write very well. The thick black marker doesn’t write at all (felt tip is hard and dry as bone). Since one marker is bad, it’s not worth the hassle of a refund, so that’s the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise it’s a nice set.

These dry-erase markers are perfect. They are very long-lasting and don't have a strong smell. They write super smooth, and the colors are very saturated!

The items do not seem affected, however at some point the liquid cleaner bottle came unscrewed and a bit of the liquid seeped out, all inside the plastic holder, and out onto the cardboard exterior packaging. Looks as though the product may have been leaking for some time.

Well where to begin, the case is very sturdy, enough to protect the remaining markers. The markers themselves are very much working (all of them). I like the addition of the spray cleaner, with a niece being home school due to the virus, its very good to clean their board for longer use, and it gets rid of the stains very well. For the price its very well made and good!
