1. I agree with other reviewers that the thumb hole does pull on your thumb. So I just wrap it around my wrist with the thumb hole hidden inside so it just looks like I'm wearing weighted bracelets.2. The first day of wearing them for an 8 hours work day as a secretary, I felt immediate relief. By the 2nd and 3rd day of wearing them, I no longer have wrist pain during the day.3. Con: I'm a cold natured person. But these wrist braces did make me feel hot the first day. And I can feel that my wrists are a little damp with sweat after I take them off. These might be too hot for a hot natured person.

These wrist pads work really well for reducing my wrist pain while working. The only down side is the thumb wrap. In order to get the wrap fitting correctly, I have to pull it pretty tight which pulls on my thumb. So the wrist pain is helped a lot, but my thumb ends up hurting after a while. It's gotten to the point where I fit it on my wrist, then pull the thumb wrap off and just leave it on my wrist (see picture). Overall, a good product, but I think some design changes to the thumb wrap would go a long way to improving it.

I have very small hands, so small that it's kind of a running joke in my circle about how a full grown woman has the hands of a 10 yo and how useful that is when I need to fix things. So when these were too small and hurt to use, I was disappointed but figured maybe I can do a little of my sewing magic and they'd still work out.Total failure. My 40 years of experience in sewing everything, including medical braces could not make these work out. They currently live in my random craft supply box until they either end up with dry rot or I find some type of use for them. I don't have high hopes. These are utterly worthless

These would work great with some minor changes. The cushioning is great and works for its purpose. The Velcro strap is too short to wear comfortably. In order to be comfortable and not cause irritation to the thumbs the cushion pad is centered on the side of my wrists. :/Make the thumb holes larger or oblong and the strap longer to better fit more people.

I recently bought an electric rising/lowering desk that I could sit or stand at comfortably. It has a pullout keyboard and mouse tray that does not allow my keyboard and wristrest to fit on it. So I removed the wristrest but found the one built into the pullout was not at all comfortable. I was looking for a solution when I found these totally by accident and liked the design. When they arrived I found them easy to put on/ take off. In my enthusiasm to try them out, I wore them for about 3 hours and, to my dismay, discovered they were not quite as comfortable as I initially thought they were. The problem is the size of my hands. My hands are very long and very broad but they are not fat. I have trouble locating gloves that are long and wide enough to be able to make a fist comfortably.I think the design is very nice and thought out well but people are getting larger/taller over each generation and often this is not taken into consideration when developing a new product. I would have given 5 stars if these were available in 2 sizes. The first size would be the current 'one size fits most' and the second would be an extra large size.Give us an extra large size and I'll be the first in line to purchase them. In the meantime, I will give the current ones to a member of my family that works for them. Even though I can't use them I do highly recommend them.

This is great in theory but in practice it has flaws. For starters the package comes with two right handed gloves (actually labeled that way despite the misleading images). In addition to that, in order to properly position the wrist support so that is evenly covering the underside of your wrist, the thumb hole pulls so far back on your thumb that is practically dislocates it!I don't think permanent thumb damage is a reasonable trade off for preventing carpal tunnel disorder.

I am thrilled with these wrist supports! They are exactly what I needed. Even though they were miss-marked, I'm not even going to complain. The left and right supports were swapped, but they are so comfortable that I hardly notice I am wearing them. In fact, sometimes I forget to take them off when I get into bed or even leave the house! My family thinks I'm funny because I walk around with them all the time. I even forget that I'm wearing them while I'm on my computer. They are much better than those silicone wrist mouse pads because they stay in place and I don't have to keep moving them around my desk or picking them up off the floor. These wrist supports have been the best investment I have made for my computer setup. They have helped my wrist pain so much more than all of the other mouse pads I have tried. If you're someone who spends a lot of time on the computer, I highly recommend getting a pair of these wrist supports. Say goodbye to those annoying silicone mouse pads and hello to comfort!

These are wonderful to prevent wrist pain. They are very well made and a beautiful color. I find them more comfortable to not use the thumb holes, they are rather large for me. The only other improvement, if the padding could be softer like gel, that would make them even better. I am very happy with these, I found them when I was searching for a new wrist rest.
