This extended rear fender stops water from puddles splashing up your back, however, the design has a few small issues:Firstly, the screws to mount the fender to the supports do not thread into the fender ... at all. The support arms are threaded. Essentially resulting in the 4 screws serving as very short pins holding the fender in place. This results in the fender popping off the mounts if it's struck. This issue was easily solved using a pair of very small zip ties.Secondly, minor adjustments were required to prevent the fender from rubbing on the sides of the tires. However, with a little mount bending and re-positioning the fender ended up fitting perfectly.Lastly, the curved "cut out" doesn't match up to the end of the existing fender well. I ended up mounting the extended fender with the existing fender overlapping it.Despite these minor design flaws, I am pleased with this purchase. It accomplishes it's purpose and looks good on the Mantis.If needed, I will certainly purchase again without a second thought.
