I received this AONBONOCT gun safe and it was perfect only it is not what they said it is. They listed it as a 7-9 gun safe that is 14.17 inches deep, 17.71 inches wide, and 57.08 inches high that weighs 112 lbs. It is in fact 13.78 inches deep, 13.34 inches wide, and 57.08 inches high and it weighs (according to the box) 39.8 kgs (88 lbs.) The shelf is removable, not adjustable. If you read their description, it says that is will allow for a 60 inch gun. It measures 43.13 inches under the shelf and 49.38 inches under the lock box. A 60 inch gun won’t fit even if you laid it over at an angle. There are three bolts securing the door not six as the description says. The instructions for the key pad aren’t clear and it took a while to figure it out. I am keeping the safe as I like it, it meets my needs, and I need it now but if I had to do it over again, I would have bought the BBRKIN. It has exactly the same dimensions as this one measured and it is $20 cheaper and it has more whistles and bells on the key pad. They also have one that is a little bigger with an older style keypad without the finger print reader for $230. Neither have the pistol holders but they have a tray for them that fits the shelf. I can’t speak for their quality but the bigger one has the same rating and they have sold a lot more of them. They say it will hold 5-6 guns which seems more like it but probably a stretch and they say it will hold a 49 inch gun, also believable. I have a hard time with the fire ratings but that Is not an issue with me. If I have a fire, I have a lot more problems than burnt up rifles. I fail to understand why no one mentioned any of this in the comments from previous owners and why is the description so messed up in the first place? The fact this is a Chinese manufacture is no excuse and I did not know it was made there until I got it.

Vendor did not respond to multiple emails requesting clarification of safe program function. To date the lock program does not work. Would not recommend this vendor

1) Item received was smaller than what was described. 2) Instructions poorly written.3) Reached out to their customer service and received no response.I would not recommend this gun safe.

The good news - 1. the Gun Safe/Cabinet arrived one week early, and was packaged very well. 2. Fingerprint works. 3. Changing code was successful. 4. Keys fit the lock and opens the door. Bad news - 1. on the top of the cabinet where the top hinge is located there is a very noticeable paint, or metal, crack. Several Amazon customers who purchased this safe/cabinet noticed the same damage on their "safe." Obviously, this problem has not been dealt with by the manufacturer. 2. Instructions are awful and difficult to follow. 3. This is NOT a safe. It's a cabinet with a "vault-like door." Recommendation - the manufacturer should send some kind of fair compensation for customers who want to keep this damaged product.

The item came with a defect that did not interfere with the gun safe operating properly. I notified the seller, explaining the defect and also sent a photo. The seller immediately worked on making things right.

My husband loves it very sturdy and easy to assemble multiple ways to open it and mini light inside just in case it’s dark. Great buy!

It came fully assembled which was a surprise. Wasn’t too heavy to carry up the stairs with 2 people. Comes with nice hardware to keep it from tipping over. Has some pockets on the door and a built in light. I wasn’t expecting that.I was able to fit 5 long guns with lights and optics.To all the people complaining that it’s easy to break into, almost every safe is unless you pay multiple thousands for a real burglar rated business safe like for a jewelry store.This will do its job of keeping honest people honest and making it harder than just picking up the gun.
