The stainless steel insert keeps this spatula from curling. All of the larger spatulas should be made this way.

The underside of the spatula was unfinished, the leading edge was rough and appeared melted. OXO is much better product.

The size is great for pancakes, or large skillet dishes, but it if too flimsy. It doesn't hold much weight at all and bends down, even when flipping pancakes.

Mine arrived with the handle in pieces. Easy enough to put back together but repeatedly pops out again when washing. The size is great but the spatula is flimsy so not great if you want to try and flatten out what you are cooking. Definitely expected better quality.

Ok quality. Is a little thin and has warped a bit after a month of use, but has worked as expected. Not the strongest, but still flips a 11" paleo pancake (5 eggs and 1 large banana mixed) pretty well. I use this every day and it better than trying to use a smaller one.

Very nice! Construction is nice. The plastic is a bit thin, giving it needed flexibility, so I wouldn't put it in boiling oil or leave it in the frying pan, but for normal usage it's great!
